====Sample preservation of TSH====
  - [[Print examination wise worklist]] for TSH twice a day at 9 AM and 4 PM.
  - Write sample Id on rough part of capped ependroff cup according to worklist.
  - Take minimum 200 microliter serum and maximum as much as possible in capped epindroff cup.
  - Seal it with paraffin film and store it in deep freeze.
