====Sample preparation for TIBC====
  - [[Print examination wise worklist]] for TIBC.
  - Write sample Id on rough part of ependroff cup according to worklist.
  - Dispense 400 microliter **iron standard(500 microgram/dl)** in each ependroff cup.
  - Add 200 microliter sample in ependroff cup after matching sample ID written on ependroff with vacutte.
  - Incubate for 10 minutes.
  - Add 100 mg Mgco3 ependroff cup(stored in refrigerator).
  - Incubate for 20 minutes.
  - Centrifuge cups at 4500 RPM for 10 minutes after incubation.
  - After centrifugation , seperate supernatant in another ependroff cup.
  - Put cups as sample in Erba XL-640.
