**Preparation of Aliquots**
  - Write sample id on ependroff cups with permanent marker pen on the rough surface of ependroff cup.
  - Arrange them in ascending order in the rack.
  - Aspirate serum from the centrifuged vacutte with the help of 200 uL pipette.
  - Dispense the serum into the respective sample id ependroff cup.
  - Recap the ependroff cup as soon as possible after dispensing serum.
  - Put ependroff cups with cap in refrigerator(2-8 ') if analysis is delayed.  

====Sample preparation for HDL====
  - [[Print examination wise worklist]] for HDL cholesterol(CHOH).
  - Write sample Id on rough part of ependroff cup according to worklist.
  - Dispense 20 microliter HDL reagent in each ependroff cup.
  - Add 200 microliter sample in ependroff cup after matching sample ID written on ependroff with vacutte.
  - Incubate sample and reagent mixture for 20 minutes.
  - Centrifuge cups at 4500 RPM for 10 minutes after incubation.
  - After centrifugation , Put cups as sample in Erba XL-640.
