====Checking Pepsin activity====

  - Take fibrin clot ( from PT tube/ clotted sample) .
  - Take 2 small fibrin clots in 2 different glass tubes.
  - Add 0.5 ml di water in 1 glass tube. This is control.
  - Add 0.5 ml pepsin in another glass tube . This is test sample.
  - Gently mix for 5 minutes at room temperature. 
  - If clot dissolve in test glass tube and not in control sample then Pepsin is active.
