=============Procedure For LIS Verification=============

=====When to do LIS verification=====
 LIS verification should be done after installation, after every change done in LIS and periodically 6 monthly.

=====The general process should involve=====

i.Take 10 samples, do entry in LIS and analyze in instrument.

ii. Take picture of results in instrument and print report as PDF

iii.Compare values in report and in instrument.

iv. If there is any discrepancy, inform to LIS personnel.

v. Save record in LIS ( PDF of report, screenshot of result in instrument, and observation written in remark)
