====**Procedure For Instrument Acceptibiliy**==== __// == Set Up The Lab For Instrument ==//__ - Space for Instrument - Water Supply - Electricity Supply - Waste Maagement __// == Installation Of Instrument ==//__ - Get install Instrument by Its company person(Engineer). - Collect Installation Report. - Save This report in LIS under the menu 'Equipment Records'. __// == Check Basic works Of Instrument ==//__ - Simply start Maintenance for checking of all probes movements. - Check probes positions in all troughs(sample trough,reagent trough, stirrer troughs). - Check Up-Down movements of all Probes. - Check Movements of Cuvette Rinsing Unit(CRU) by giving Cuvette Ringe. __// == Check Actual works Of Instrument ==//__ - Set All the TESTS. * Calculate test cycles accordingly each tests and set reading periods. * Fill test parameters of each tests. - Do calibrations of each tests, calculate factor and enter for according tests. - IQC and LJ Chart. * Start doing IQC for each test, three times per day. * After collecting adequate IQC data, calculate mean(Target) and SD for each test. Set those targets and SDs in LJ. * Prepare LJ chart Daily. - Instrument Comparison * Run same samples for each tests in both the instruments, New Instrument (ERBA_XL_1000) and Current Instrunment (ERBA_XL_640). * Prepare excel sheet,Calculate Difference,Compare the results. * Draw Regression analysis chart, Bland-Altman Plot and do analysis of it. * Prepare acceptability Criteria. * And if needed, take action accordingly. - For EQC * Register new instrument in RIQAS Programme. * After Registration Done, Run current EQC sample, Prepare Excel Data Sheet. * Send the results to RIQAS on according Date. * Get the analysis report of our data from RIQAS. * Prepare monthly file based on RIQAS results. * Do analysis of this monthly file. * Take actions if needed.
