====== ** Instruction for NT-PRO BNP calibrator ** ======
   - 3 levels of calibrator ,in ready to use form ,liquid kept at 2 to 8 degree celcius temperature
   - for each level 3 allicorte of 300 microliter was made and parafilmed ,barcode label sticed and kept in urine micro container and that  were kept in  box and labelled as **fresh calibrator cup**
   - Left over fresh calibrator were kept in original bottle and that was kept in different box
   - Left over sample, which was used for calibration , was kept in box which contain original bottle of calibrator ,in eppendopp cup and parafilmed and labelled the box **stock is fresh and cups were used**
