====Reagent Management of Magnesium====
  -Take 20 ml plastic reagent bottle.
  -Take 5 ml of reagent in this.
  -Put reagent bottle in machine whenever test come.
  -Do Blank and qc at that time.
  -Perform patient samples.
  -After that remove bottle from machine.
  -**note:** Xylidyl Blue reagent is alkaline. It's exposure to air results in absorption of CO2 from atmosphere. So, on board stability of reagent is poor.

====**Test Sequence of Magnesium**====
we are running Magnesium in XL-1000 machine.

Do HCL test first. Then Magnesium. After then Calcium.

Calcium also react with Xylidyl Blue dye.
