- Open 12.207.3.240 . - Enter user name and password. - Only residents and faculty can create reminders. - go to the **misc.** - click on **tables.** - click on **dementia** - click on **add blank** to add a new reminder. - click on pencil icon. - Fill the information in line of Minutes, Hours, DayM, Month, DayW, Text as per needed. - At last, click on **update** to save this reminder. - To see all reminder together, click on **list** button. - Following screen will be seen to you. - For filling of reminder, go to **misc**, and then click on **Reminder** - Following screen will be seen. - Write comment in box of **response** - click on complete. - - - - - - - {{reminder 1.jpg|figure 1}} - Click on 'Reminders" in the blue panel.click in 'New schedule'.{{reminder 2.jpg|figure 2}} - To make new schedule see instruction on right side of above screenshot.Write number in "every" and select period in day,week or month from the dropdown menu.In start from write according to format given on right side of screenshot.write 'what to remind' in next columm and click 'save'. - For example , Fill the details as shown in screenshot for "monthy reminder to print opd sheet".{{reminder 3.jpg|figure 3}} -click on 'save'.
