====How to enter request====
  -Open 12.207.3.240
  -Enter your user name and password. 
  -Click on 'New'.{{new 3.jpg|figure 1}}
  -Enter sample_Id and click on 'new_sample'.{{new 1.jpg|figure 2}}
  -Enter patient deatails properly and click on 'save_sample'.{{new 2.jpg|figure 3}}
  -To add requested test directly click on profile or click on 'id' to add test.
====How to edit request====
  -Open 12.207.3.240
  -Enter your user name and password.
  -click on 'edit'.{{Step 1.jpg|Step 1}}
  -Enter sample_Id and click on 'edit_sample'.{{new 1.jpg|figure 2}}
  -Edit the details and click on'save_sample'.{{new 2.jpg|figure 3}}
  -To add requested test directly click on 'id' of examination in scope menu.
  -Alternatively,examinations can be added by selecting appropriate button of profile menu.
====How to delete examination====
  -Open 12.207.3.240
  -Enter your user name and password.

  -Enter sample_id and click on 'delete_examination'.{{delete 2.jpg|figure 2}}
  -click on 'id' to delete examination.

  -Enter your user name and password.

  -Enter sample_id and click on 'delete_sample'.{{sample 2.jpg|figure 2}}
  -click on 'Delete sample' to delete whole sample.
