**Conclusion**	
  *Total Protein reagent interferes with Calcium estimation 
  *Probably there is reagent carry over.
  *Introduce four Deteregent wash cycle in between total protein(interfering test) and Calcium (Interfered Test) in ERBA 640 XL.

**Mechanism**
  *Na K Tartrate chelates Calcium. So Calcium result will be low because  of reagent carry over
