**Observe Following things in sample:**
  - Hemolysis
  - Lipemia
  - Gross Icterus

===Add  Entry of “Examination Interference” from scope menu===   
  -Open 12.207.3.240
  -Enter your user name and password.  
  -Go to 'view' .
  -Enter sample Id for which remark has to be added.
  -Click on EDIT.
  -Click on Examination--->BI
  -following window will be seen.

  -Click on Remark.
  -{{:nchsls:c:biochemistry:document:remark.png?1000|}}
  -Click on 'save sample' 
  - write proper remark
  -If Sample is not sufficient in quantity , write proper remark as a reason of rejection.
  -If Sample is hemolysed , write proper remark according to degree of hemolysis. For Example, mild/moderate/ severe.
  -If Sample is lipemic, write proper remark.
