*When reagent will be removed from reagent tray along with that also remove adaptor
  *Do not keep any extra adaptor in reagent tray
  *If any extra adapter will be there, than it may fall in reagent tray as shown in  image below and machine will show error message like **RGT rotational error** and machine will not start
