====== INSTRUCTION BEFORE RUN SAMPLE  ====== 
  - First before run sample bring stored sample from refrigerator
  - Do not shake sample
  - see for PCV part ,if it is below 50 % then remove supernatant part as shown in below image, keep some supernatant part for mixing  
  - Then mix the sample and run
  - **DO NOT DO HB TEST FROM THAT SAMPLE**
