====Install Debian operating system====
  - Insert bootable CD or USB of Debian in computer and restart the computer.
  - 'Press any key to boot from cd' such message appear on screen.
  - Enter on Live(486).  
  - On desktop, icon "install debian wheezy" appear. Double click on that.
  - Menu will appear and click on "Go back".
  - Enter on change debconf priority and select "low" and click "continue".
  - Enter on Choose language 
      - select english and click continue
      - select United states and click continue
      - select United states en_us.UTF-8 and click continue and then press enter.
  - Enter on configure the speech synthesizer voice.
  - Enter on configure the keyboard, select American english and click continue.
  - Enter on Detect and mount CD-ROM.
  - Enter on Load installer components from CD and click continue.
  - Enter on configure the network __**SKIP THIS OPTION**__.
      - select yes and press enter.
      - click on cancel for 2 times.
      - select "Do not configure the network at this time" and click continue 2 times.
  - Enter on Set up user and password.
      - create root password and click continue.
      - Create user and password for that.
  - Enter on configure clock __**SKIP THIS OPTION**__.
      - Select yes and click continue.
      - Click on UTC and click continue.
  - Enter on Detect disks 
  - Enter on Partition disks
      - Select manual and click continue.
      - In SCSI-3 (0,0,0) (sda), select #1 Primary and press enter.
      - Delete Partition and make new partition .
      - Do "ext 4" as journalling system.
      - Make another at least 7 gb "Logical" partition as Swap area.
      - Select finish partition and write changes to disk and click continue.
  - Enter on Install the system,select on normal and enter.
  - Enter on configure the package manager __**SKIP THIS OPTION**__ 
  - Enter on Install GRUB loader on a hard disk select on yes and enter.
  - Enter on finish installation.
  - Remove bootable USB drive or CD and restart computer
====Network setting====
  - Log in as 'root'.
  - Go to the **"Application manu--->Setting--->Network connection"**.
  - Click on **"wired connection"** as shown in screenshot

  - Click on **"edit"** from above screenshot and after clicking below screen appear.

  - Click on **"IPV4 setting"** as shown in above screenshot.
  - Click on **"manual"** as shown in above screenshot.
  - Click on **"Add"** as shown in above screenshot.
  - Click on **"Adress"** and give appropriate IP address allocated to that perticular computer.
  - Click on **"Netmask"** and write **"255.255.0.0"**.
  - Click on **"Save"**.
  - Then **"close"**.
====Install Ubuntu operating system====
  - Insert CD of ubuntu into computer ----> restart the computer ----> choose language "English" ----> select country ----> click forward ----> select keyboard layout "USA" ----> click "specified partition manually" ----> click on free space ----> click on "ADD" ----> create new partition 
      - "/" ----> Ext4 file system choose mount point "/" ----> Give size according to need.
      - "/home" ----> Ext4 file system choose mount point "/home" ----> Give size according to need.
      - For swab area choose "swap area" from "use as".Keep minimum space for swap area.
  - Next step ask "who are you?" ----> type "biochemistry" and last step click on "install".
  - Wait until computer automatically starts.
