  *  Open 12.207.3.240.   
  *  Enter user name and password.
  *  Click on QC.
  *  Click on LJ Chart.
  *  Click on Today.
  *  Click on Show Today's LJ.
  *  Following screen will be shown.

  *  Click on sample ID which is violating any rule.

  * One pop up box of Remark will open.
  * Insert the comment accordingly and save it.
