=====Special instruction for hs Tn-I calibrator====
  -3 level of calibrator level-1 , level-2, and level-3 
  -It comes in frozen state and ready to use form
  -Each level contain 2 ml of calibrator
  -From main bottle 4 cup was made of 0.5 ml from each level
  -This cup was capped and parafilm done 
  -Barcode label was sticked on lower part which has mentioned Name lot no and level
  - kept in urine micro-container and labelled as **fresh cup**
  -For next time calibration use this cup
  -After calibration retained calibrator was kept in original bottle in which it actually came and it was labelled as **used cup**
  -This retained calibrator will be used as a quality control sample in future
  -All this kept in box 
  -This box kept in deep friedge no-16
  -** After each  calibration kept retained calibrator in its original bottle**
  -** For calibration do not use sample from its original bottle ,use labelled parafilmed cup**
