======Gently mix sample between palm 4 to 5 times======
 ====== keep the sample vertical at 90 degree position with needle with cap kept as shown in below image ======

 ====== Gently push from below to remove air completely from sample and extra blood will store in cap of needle as shown in below image======

 ====== check that no air should be there in sample ======
 ======Now remove needle with cap and wipe extra blood coming out from tip of syringe with cotton or gauze piece======
