-  Tightly press over part as shown in below image so that top cover is movable and can be open and close easily.{{:nchsls:c:biochemistry:document:index.jpeg|}}
  -  Fill the **Deionized water** only upto mark as shown in below image {{:nchsls:c:biochemistry:document:2.jpeg|}}
  -  Put sample bag (Red bag) in bucket as shown in below image .As there are two bucket for sample,use two in case of more samples are there.{{:nchsls:c:biochemistry:document:3.jpeg|}}
  -  Partially attach all handle of top cover 
  -  Now tightly close all handles in order of opposite  pattern of top cover. {{:nchsls:c:biochemistry:document:4.jpeg|}}
  - -To start instrument, ON main switch labelled as no-1 {{:nchsls:c:biochemistry:document:5.jpeg|}}
  -  Then ON switch, labelled as no-2 {{:nchsls:c:biochemistry:document:6.jpeg|}}
  -  Then ON switch , labelled as no-3 {{:nchsls:c:biochemistry:document:7.jpeg|}}
  -  Then press & hold on START button to see that green light will be visible.{{:nchsls:c:biochemistry:document:8.jpeg|}}
  - Gren light will be shown as in below image{{:nchsls:c:biochemistry:document:img_4_green.jpeg?400|}}
  -  Now see display , If water is low , than it will show message of Low water
  -  In that case ,open the instrument and fill water sufficient and than restart instrument
  -  If water is sufficient ,display will show Temperature in degree Celsius and pressure 
  -  Initially temperature is 30 degree Celsius 
  -  Temperature will increase gradually ,after it reaches 90 degree Celsius ,ON release valve of top cover as shown in below image {{:nchsls:c:biochemistry:document:9.jpeg|}}
  -  Temperature will go upto 120 degree Celsius and pressure 15.2.
  -  It will take  20 min to complete. (Time period can be set manually )
  -  Afte 10 min of completion of autoclave , OFF release valve 
  -  From release valve and automatic valve all steam will be released.
  -  Do not touch top cover during instrument is on and till instrument reaches to normal temperature.
  - For routine maintenance to remove water open yellow valve ,put tray below that and collect water,after each autoclave remove water and clean{{:nchsls:c:biochemistry:document:img_6.jpeg?400|}}
  - Daily empty water from autoclave
  - Weekly clean autoclave inside by diluted HCL 10%
