======Preparation of Aliquot =====
  - QAF urine sample first keep at room temperature then make 500 microliter eppendroff cup prafilmed and label it ,then store in deep fridge.
  - QAF serum sample first keep at room temperature then make 500 microliter eppendroff cup prafilmed and label it ,then store in deep fridge.
  - for heamoglobin electrophoresis kept sample at 2 to 8
  - For QAF FLUID FIRST bring sample at room temperature then centrifuge make 200 ul eppendroff cup from supranatant part prafilmed and label it ,put them in deep fridge
