======Instruction for  for FSH calibrator======
  - 2 level of calibrator ,ready to use ,2 ml
  - 10 cup of 200 microliter was made of each calibrator
  - These cups were labelled ,parafilmed and place in urine microcontainer and labelled as a fresh cup
  - 1 cup was used for calibration
  - Retained sample after calibration will be kept in its original bottle ,parafilmed and labelled as a used cup
  - All these cups used and fresh will be kept in friedge no-16
