===ISE reagent pack===
 - As shown in pic below ISE reagent pack containing two separate reagent  bags of " transfer bags" for standard A and standard B

  - take reagent into dispencer of perticular standards (A and B)fron reagent bottle.
  - Dispense the reagent into ISE reagent bag. 
  - Attach this bag into the ISE reagent pack as shown in picture.
