**Procedure for washing plate**
  -Give prime wash.click prime button on the washer.
  -Set the number of wells to be washed and put the plate in proper position.
  -click the command of aspirate/wash and click ok.
  -Watch whether wash and aspiration is proper or not.
  -If not, see for kinking of the tubings.
  -strike the wells gently on tissue paper to remove all residual water droplets.

===Procedure for cleaning wash head of elisa reader every monthly===
  -prepare wash solution with 1:10 dilution of hypochloride.
  -Wash all aspiration tubings of washer head with the above prepared solution.
  -thereafter give prime wash thoroughly with deionised water.
