====Procedure for taking OD in Elisa reader====
  - Switch on the elisa reader.LCD screen display 'password'.Enter '00000' for password.Again press enter.
  - Open terminal in computer.
  - Write command "su" as described in window and give passward for root.{{su terminal.png}}
  - Give command of ./elisa reader.new in terminal => press '1' to connect pc with elisa reader {{reader 2.jpg|Step 2}}
  - Look for elisa display showing remote mode.
  - Put plate in reader.
  - Press '2' for selecting filter.
  - Press '3' for read plate..
  - Your readings directly save in Home folder in today's date.
  - Press 'o' to exit.

====Procedure for cleaning of Base Of Elisa Reader Micro Titer Plate stand====
  -Open the cover of Elisa Reader Micro Titer Plate stand.
  -Gently push the plate stand to the left,so that base of stand can be accessed.
  -Clean the base gently with cotton slightly socked in spirit.
  -Clean the base gently with cotton socked in deionized water.
  -Make sure that no foreign material left at the base of plate stand.
