When new lot of reagent made it should be checked by comparing it with older lot reagent.
  - During checking a new lot, take 1.5mlX2 reagent in eppendroff cup and preserve it in assigned box. This reagent will be checked again when next lot is checked.
  - So during reagent checking 3 values will be obtained. 1)old lot with old check.2)Old lot with new check.3)new lot with new check.
  - for checking the reagent take 10cups of old and new reagent and run it in erba XL 640. 
  - sort the data in excel sheet.
