===== Procedure for withdrawn report =====
  -open 10.207.3.240.  
  -Enter your user name and password.
  -Go to 'edit' .{{Step 1.jpg|Step 1}}
  -Enter sample Id of report on which changes are made.{{Step 2.jpg|Step 2}}
  -Click on 'save sample' {{Step 3.jpg|Step 3}}
  -Add "Z_Withdrawn_Report" from below menu.
  -write in following format "__old parameter=value was wrong and the result was withdrawn.__"
  -Give this new report in concerned ward and discard the old report in black bag.
