====Dextrose Wash Solution====
  - take 50 ml of 0.1 mol/ L EDTA and make up to 500 ml with 5% dextrose solution.
  - Or take 50 ml of 0.1 mol/ L EDTA and 25 gm glucose and make upto 500 ml.
  - Keep it preserve in refrigerator.  

====EDTA Solution====

put 9.306 gm of edta powder in 250ml of DI water and store it in fridge
