===D-DIMER Calibration with linearity establishment===

     * lyophilized D-DIMER calibrator bottle is reconstituted with 1 ml(1 gm qc water) DI water, incubated for 10 to 15 minutes with periodic shaking until solutes becomes completely dissolved.
     * 200 Ul of the mixture(reconstituted calibrator) is added with 200 Ul of Di water. 
     * from there again 200 Ul of solution is added to the next alliquote and 200 Ul water is added for 3 more subsequent times. (serial dilution)
     * For establishing linearity a total of 6 samples are required.
     * 1 sample is the plain calibrator(stock d-dimer), and the other one is DI water.
     * the samples are analysed in the analyser and od is plotted in the graph. 
     * from there the factors are extracted and feeded in the machine.
     * For making an (IN use)ready to use reagent, 2000 uL of R1 is added with 500 uL of R2, which was already kept in fridge 2* to 8* C. 
     * special wash reagent (0.1 n NAOH) is also added for wash
