====How to enter calibration details in database====
  -Open 12.207.3.240.
  -Enter user name and password.
  -Go to Quality---->Calibrations.{{calibration 1.jpg|step 1}}
  -click on 'New calibration'.{{calibration 2.jpg|step 2}}
  -Fill details as written below:
    -Code = select from drop down menu
    -date_of_calibration = select date of calibration
    -equipment_name = select from drop down menu
    -Purpose = new lot , weekly calibration , New method etc
    -Reagents = Lot no. of reagent used for calibration
    -calibrators = Lot no. of calibrators used for calibration
    -Responses = value of calibrator and O.D of calibrator
    -Correlation_function = factor
    -quality check = value of Quality control
    -Detail = if any
  -Then click on 'save'.
  -To attach whole file of calibration
