  -Open 10.207.3.240
  -Enter your user name and password.

  -Enter sample_Id and click on 'edit_sample'.{{new 1.jpg|figure 2}}
  -In __Status__, Change from "entered" to "analyzed".
  -click on'save_sample'.
  -Open Autoverification menu {{ :nchsls:c:biochemistry:document:autoverification_menu.png?nolink |}} 
  -Enter that Sample i.d. and click on "Refresh".
  -Values are calculted.

     -Formula for LDL calculation = Total cholesterol - (HDL + VLDL)
     -VLDL = TG/5 , VLDL can be calculated by this freidwald formula if TG ≤ 400 mg/dL
