====1% Agarose Gel Preparation==== -Dissolve 100 mg of pure agarose in 10 ml of [[ glycine-Tris buffer ( Half Diluted) ]] pH 8.6. -Weight entire flask along with agarose and buffer. Note it down. -Boil it to dissolve it completely & make a homogeneous & clear solution. -Weight the boiled solution and add DI water equivalent to evaporated volume. -Again boiled the solution to mixed it properly. -To make sure that agarose powder dissolve completely,look under the glassware in light.Be careful for your eyes.
