(to start examination of collected samples as early as possible and reduce turnaround time) -keep the whole rack of samples in sample-rack container. -Transport sample to the laboratory. ====Preparation of sample-rack container==== -take a thermocol box or any other container which can accommodate 100 vacuum tube rack. It should have a lid. -Currently all examinations require samples to be transported at room temperature. So, do not keep ice-pack in the box.
